We are growing! Family First At Home is expanding into Snohomish County and are looking for a Home Care Branch Manager to open the location.

About the Role

As a Home Care Branch Manager, you'll be the head & heart of our care delivery team. You'll oversee the territory's growth, referral relationships, client care and service delivery.

The ideal candidate for this Home Care Branch Manager role is someone with a strong operations mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Over see the territory's day-to-day operations& team

Collaborate with Home Care leadership to oversee day-to-day operations, local vendors, & employees; recruit, onboard and retain team as territory grows.

  • Own and achieve territory growth targets

Grow client census by nurturing community partner relationships, the conversion of inbound leads and service delivery; monitor KPIs and adjust strategy to meet monthly and annual targets.

  • Conduct in-home and virtual assessments to identify client needs

Process inbound intakes; assess client needs, preferences, and living environment and share Family First's services and value proposition; with an expected conversion rate of 80% or greater.

  • Ensure client care needs are met through effective coordination

Maintain strong communication with internal staff, clients, families and referral partners to support client satisfaction and retention.

  • Local Travel within Snohomish County

Primarily in Snohomish & Surrounding Areas

  • Participate in on-call rotation

Handling off-hours staffing needs, in a rotation with other team members.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business management, client management, and/or related role with transferrable skills required
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance with clean DMV record required
