Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a network of referral sources including hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and social workers
Conduct consultative sales meetings with prospective clients and their families to assess home care needs
Present and promote A Place At Home's home care services to healthcare professionals and community partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to drive consistent lead generation
Track sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools
Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure seamless client onboarding
Requirements:
Previous experience in healthcare sales, home care, or a related field strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible, commission-based structure
Knowledge of the senior care, home health, or healthcare industry is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
