As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized, non-medical care that empowers seniors to continue living independently while enjoying the comfort and familiarity of home.
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Planning and preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home
Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support that brightens someone's day
Encouraging participation in daily routines and meaningful activities that promote independence and overall well-being
Observing and communicating any noticeable changes in a client's condition
We're searching for compassionate professionals who are dependable, motivated, and committed to providing exceptional care with kindness and respect.
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
