About the Role: Join our dedicated team at CARING MINDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC as a Home Care Caregiver in Tucson, AZ! We are passionate about providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. M
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document client care and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervisor.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating respect and empathy.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and caregiving practices.
