Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Varying hours | Monday - Friday, some weekends required, longer shifts possible based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This role involves regular travel between Washtenaw, Monroe, Western Wayne, Livingston, and parts of Oakland counties, providing Home-Based Care.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for helping others? As a Home CareCertified Nurse Aide (CNA) providing in-home care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Maintain Comfort & Care – Support housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and grocery shopping.
- Support Mealtime– Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
- Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
- Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
- Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
- Provide Responsive Support – Respond with kindness and compassion.
- Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
- Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be certified as a Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Michigan.
- Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
- Flexibility to provide coverage in the evening and on weekends.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the elderly.
- CPR certification is desired or obtained within 3 months of employment.
