Home Care Clinic Director - Registered Nurse
Location: Saint Petersburg, FL
Compensation: Up to $100,000 (based on experience) + Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Requirement: On-call every night including weekends (screened by coordinator; CD contacted only for true emergencies)
We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a leadership role as Clinical Director in our Saint Pete home care office. This is an onsite position where you’ll oversee clinical operations, support a talented care team, and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by supervising RNs and LPNs, supporting skilled nursing services, and providing leadership in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and home care staff
- Conduct patient assessments, care plans, and occasional home visits
- Provide clinical leadership and backup when needed
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience (leadership preferred)
- At least 1 year in home health or related field with supervisory duties
- EMR experience (ContinueLink/Interlink preferred)
