Caring Senior Service helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are looking for a Full-Time Home Care Consultant to build strong community relationships, generate referrals, and help connect seniors and their families with quality in-home care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, compassionate professional who enjoys networking, developing relationships, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, social service organizations, and other community partners
• Develop and execute outreach activities to generate new client referrals
• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, networking events, and professional meetings
• Identify new referral sources and business development opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, contacts, and outreach activities in the company CRM
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the care team to support a positive experience for clients and their families
• Help achieve referral, client growth, and community outreach goals
• Stay informed about local senior resources, healthcare services, and community organizations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, healthcare, or business development preferred
• Healthcare, senior care, home care, or related industry experience 
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable making phone calls, visiting referral partners, and developing new business relationships
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Worth service area
• Passion for helping seniors and supporting families in their communities

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000–$45,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
