Manage onboarding and HR processes for home care staff
Maintain compliant employee personnel files
Track certifications, licenses, medicals, and trainings
Assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee relations
Support payroll and benefits coordination
Ensure compliance with NJ home care regulations and company policies
Required: Previous HR experience in a NJ home care agency
Strong knowledge of home care compliance requirements
