As a Home Care Lead, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As a part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient's services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

As a Home Care Lead, you will be:

• Assists, performs and trains patient/client and family in activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting)
• Assist Supervisor by performing Supervisory visits as designated
• Assists with orientation & training of field-based home care aides
• Assists with opening cases
• Provides feedback to care professionals including evaluations

Requirements:

• Six (6) months of experience in a similar job classification (Caregiving or HHA experience)
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition. 
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
