Are you a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual looking to make a meaningful impact in someone's life? We are seeking Personal Care Homemakers (PCHM) to provide essential personal care and support services to disabled or dependent individuals in the comfort of their homes.

Who We’re Looking For:
We need caring and responsible individuals who:  Are at least 18 years old Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and sensitivity to others’ needs Have completed a 60-hour Personal Care Homemaker Training Program (Massachusetts Council) Hold a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification Are CPR certified Have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of personal care experience Can pass all required background checks (CORI, OIG, SORI, NARS) Are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
What You’ll Do:
As a Personal Care Homemaker, you will help clients maintain safety, comfort, and dignity at home by providing:
Personal Care Assistance
  • Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
Household Support
  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals
  • Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting)
  • Assist with grocery shopping and appointment scheduling
Client Well-being
  • Observe and report any changes in a client’s physical or mental condition
  • Ensure a warm, supportive, and engaging environment
