Responsibilities:

• Manage caregivers, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of care services.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in home care management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
