Location: Oahu, Hawaii

Pay: $21-$25 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Shifts Available

Always Best Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nurse Aides (NAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors throughout Oahu.

As part of our team, you'll work one-on-one with clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. If you're passionate about caregiving and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Offer medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands when needed
• Observe and report changes in clients' health or condition
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) certification required (CNA accepted)
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical support
