Home Care Nurse / Full and Part time available

We are currently hiring Home Care Nurses for full-time and part-time positions.

Job responsibilities include:-Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes-Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes as needed-Administering medications and treatments according to care plans-Educating patients and families on health and daily care-Communicating with care teams and maintaining proper documentation

Qualifications:-Active nursing license in good standing-Home care or clinical experience is a plus, but not required-Strong communication and time-management skills-Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset-Ability to work independently while following care guidelines
