Full-time Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do

The Home Care Nurse Manager oversees clinical operations and nursing services for the Home Care Program and ICS program. This position provides leadership and supervision to Registered Nurses and assigned staff, ensuring quality, person-centered care and compliance with organizational, clinical, and regulatory standards.

  • Oversees clinical operations and nursing services within assigned programs.
  • Conducts and reviews nursing assessments, develops individualized plans of care, and ensures timely completion of required nursing visits and documentation.
  • Provides direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and performance management for Registered Nurses and assigned staff.
  • Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates, and develops nursing personnel.
  • Ensures staff maintain required licenses, certifications, competencies, and regulatory training requirements.
  • Monitors compliance with clinical, documentation, Electronic Health Record (EHR), and regulatory standards; maintains audit-ready records.
  • Collaborates with Program Supervisors, Direct Support Professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality service delivery and positive health outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • To join our team, you must have Two (2) years of supervisor experience overseeing staff and implementation of activities within the program
  • Bachelor's degree in recreation, special education, or related human service field preferred.
  • 2 years’ experience with developmental disabilities and mental health populations preferred
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
