About the Role:
Secured Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed and per clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Previous home health, home care, or community nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload with minimal supervision
• CPR/BLS certification required
