Home Care Program Manager

Valentine Roofing is hiring a Home Care Program Manager to run our Home Care division: scheduling, technicians, customer experience, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build a department, not just keep it running.
You'll lead the technician team, work alongside office staff, and make day-to-day decisions on scheduling, routing, and customer issues. You'll also be accountable for the department's labor costs, productivity, and profit.
What you'll own
- Daily scheduling and routing for the Home Care team
- Hiring, coaching, and performance management for technicians
- Department revenue, labor costs, and profitability
- Customer experience from first call through job completion
- Safety standards, equipment inspections, and compliance
- Department KPIs and reporting
What you'll bring
- 5+ years managing field teams in operations, service, or construction
- Experience in residential home services, roofing, construction, or maintenance
- A track record of moving the needle on profitability and productivity
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills, and the judgment to handle problems with minimal oversight
- Comfort with CRM and scheduling software, plus Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
Pay: $70,000-$80,000 annually plus bonus
