We seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Care Providers to join our team in Nashua, NH. This role involves delivering personalized care and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being with the highest standard of professionalism and respect. You will enjoy the flexibility to design a schedule that best fits your lifestyle and commitments. 

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and individualized assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor clients’ health status and promptly report any changes or concerns to medical professionals and family members as appropriate.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity through empathetic and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any noteworthy observations.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in home care or a related healthcare field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for clients.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
• Relevant certifications and training in home care or first aid are preferred.
