Overview: We’re seeking an organized, people-oriented Traveling Home Care Recruiter to serve 1755 The Exchange SE, Suite 210, Atlanta, GA, and surrounding communities. This role is pivotal in ensuring we recruit and hire compassionate caregivers, conduct in-home intakes as needed, and support office administrative tasks. You’ll balance time in the field meeting clients and caregivers with time in our local office ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified caregivers to meet client needs.
Conduct in-home client intakes, assessing needs and building care plans.
Build strong relationships with clients and families to ensure satisfaction.
Manage scheduling, documentation, and basic office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Occasionally attend community events or networking opportunities to promote services.
Requirements:
Experience in home care, healthcare, or related fields preferred.
Comfortable traveling within Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to work independently and handle both field and office duties.
