The Home Care Recruiter supports the Home Care team by ensuring we are hiring the best caregivers for our clients
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sources and recruits for In-Home Caregivers using online resources, including the Company’s Applicant Tracking System
- Acts as the face of the organization when interacting with recruits.
- Phone screens and makes offers to qualified candidates following Company recruiting and hiring policies.
- Manages New Hire Onboarding and Orientation process
- Develops a pool of qualified candidates.
- Works closely with the overall team to ensure 100% coverage for our clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- The position is required to be in the office at least 50% of the time
- Associate degree or equivalent experience actively sourcing and recruiting caregivers for multiple homecare locations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner with employees, clients and family members.
