Full-Time GAPP Registered Nurse (RN)
Savannah, Georgia Area
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing services to pediatric and adult patients through Georgia's GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) program. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to make a lasting impact in the lives of patients and their families.
What You'll Do
Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, medications, and care plans
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
Home care, pediatric, long-term care, or private duty nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care
