Job description:

Work Smarter. Care Deeper. Live Better.

Nightingale Services has been serving Georgia families for over 40 years with a simple promise: quality care in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment—for both patients and the nurses who care for them.

Instead of managing 25–30 patients on a hectic hospital floor, join us in providing one-on-one care in the comfort of your patients' homes. The pace is calmer, the work is less physically demanding, and the relationships you build are more meaningful.

We're more than a home care agency—we're a team that includes Home Health, Infusion, and Pharmacy services, all united in a mission to deliver innovative, whole-person care through continuous performance improvement.

Full-Time GAPP Registered Nurse (RN)

Savannah, Georgia Area

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing services to pediatric and adult patients through Georgia's GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) program. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to make a lasting impact in the lives of patients and their families.

What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately

  • Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, medications, and care plans

  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Home care, pediatric, long-term care, or private duty nursing experience preferred

  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage patient care effectively

  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused approach to care

Why Nurses Choose Nightingale

  • One-on-one patient care

  • Consistent full-time schedule

  • Opportunities for additional cases and hours

  • Supportive clinical team

  • Less physical strain than traditional bedside nursing

  • The opportunity to truly know your patients and make a difference every day

If you're looking for a nursing career that offers meaningful connections, greater autonomy, and a healthier work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
