Home Care Sales Consultant

PRIVATE-PAY HOME CARE SALES CONSULTANT

We are seeking a polished, motivated, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in private-pay home care sales or hospice sales, along with established healthcare referral relationships.

In this role, you will engage with prospective clients and their families, assess their care needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be an excellent relationship builder with a proven ability to generate referrals, close business, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Successful and current private-pay home care services or hospice sales experience is required. Territory: West Palm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, families, referral partners, and existing accounts.
  

• Generate new business through outside sales, networking, community outreach, and industry events.
  

• Build referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
  

• Meet with clients and families to understand their needs and present appropriate home care solutions.
  

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through conversion and ongoing relationship management.
  

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to questions, concerns, and service needs.
  

• Monitor market trends, referral activity, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
  

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional client experience.
  

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, referral sources, client interactions, and follow-up efforts.
  

• Consistently meet or exceed established sales and revenue goals.
  

Qualifications

• Successful Private-pay home care or hospice sales experience is required.
  

• Established relationships with healthcare and community referral sources are strongly preferred.
  

• Proven record of generating referrals, closing business, and increasing revenue.
  

• Strong relationship-building, consultative sales, and account-management skills.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Ability to engage professionally with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  

• Experience tracking sales activity and client relationships through CRM software.
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
