About the Role:
Beulah Home Care LLC, a growing home care agency in Mason, Ohio,  is looking for a passionate and driven Home Care Sales Representative dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities to join our team.  This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while building lasting relationships within the community.  If you are motivated by purpose and people, we want to hear from you!  You will start with 20-25 hours and potentially move to 35–40 hours per week as workload or business growth requires.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including case managers, social workers, and disability service coordinators
• Market home care services to families, guardians, and individuals with developmental disabilities in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas
• Conduct community outreach and attend networking events to grow brand awareness
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the developmental disabilities (DD) services market
• Represent Beulah Home Care LLC at community events, provider fairs, and agency meetings

Requirements:

• Prior experience in home care, disability services, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Ohio's developmental disabilities (DD) system, DODD, and Medicaid waiver programs is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, people-first approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in social work, healthcare, or related field is a plus but not required
