About the Role:
Join Nest Home Care LLC as a Home Care Sales Rep, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting families with compassionate home care solutions. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients in Owings Mills, MD, and we’re looking for a passionate individual to help us grow our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, promote and maintain relationships with referral sources, increasing private-pay and insurance-based client admissions.
- Focus on relationship-building with healthcare professionals in the community including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities and senior living communities.
- Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track sales leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
- CPR/ CMT/CNA certified a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and professionals.
- Knowledge of home care services and the aging population's needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
