Home Care Scheduler – Senior Helpers
Schedule: Full-Time (occasional on-call) 11 Am-8PM
We’re looking for an organized, solution-driven Scheduler to ensure the right caregiver is matched with each client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
- Handle call-offs and schedule changes quickly
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and team
- Assist as a caregiver when needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Scheduling or home care experience preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented team player
