We’re growing and looking for Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to join our home care team! If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients, having flexibility in your schedule, and making a real difference, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Provide therapy services to patients in their homes
Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
Track patient progress and adjust care as needed
Educate patients and families
Complete simple, timely documentation
Work independently with support from our clinical team
What We’re Looking For
Licensed OT, PT, or ST in New York
Home care experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to manage your own schedule
