Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Dexter, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided
• Transport clients to appointments or run errands when required

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
