Are you compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a real difference? Join our dedicated team supporting elderly and disabled individuals to live independently in their own homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver person-centred care tailored to each Service User, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

 

Responsibilities

 

  •        Provide personal care according to Care/Support Plans
  •        Administer medication safely in line with policies
  •        Build strong, respectful relationships with Service Users
  •        Communicate effectively with families and professionals
  •        Follow all company policies and procedures
  •        Supporting individuals in their own homes
  •        Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, moving & handling)
  •        Preparing meals and supporting with shopping
  •        Light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry
  •        Supporting access to appointments and social activities
  •        Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes
  •        Supporting with finances where required
  •        Assisting with pet care
  •        Maintaining a safe and respectful home environment
