Your impact
- Handle service, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems with occasional light commercial work.
- Pinpoint faults, perform emergency and scheduled repairs, and verify safe, efficient operation.
- Clean, adjust, and repair air handlers, ducting, vents, and condensate systems.
- Complete inspections, minor upgrades/adjustments, and precise service records.
- Advise homeowners with professional recommendations and options.
- Pitch in on additional tasks as assigned.
Must-haves
- 1–5+ years in HVAC; residential experience strongly preferred.
- EPA Certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Advanced troubleshooting and critical-thinking capability.
- Positive, quality-driven approach to every job.
- Customer service excellence and professional presence.
- Collaborative, flexible teammate who adapts to change.
What the work asks of you
- Lift 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Climb ladders; access attics/crawlspaces; maneuver in tight quarters; push, pull, carry; use hand tools and perform fine-detail tasks.
- Drive between appointments.
- Work indoors/outdoors, including attics and crawlspaces.
- Stand, walk, sit; communicate in person and by phone.
- Use hands to handle tools/controls; reach with hands/arms.
- Frequently stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
- Operate in extreme temperatures and all-weather conditions.
