Position Overview

• Freight: Driver Assist / Multi-Stop Grocery Deliveries
• Home Time: Daily
• Shift Availability: Day and Night Shifts
• Weekend Work: Required
• Holiday Work: Required as business needs dictate

Compensation

Weekly Earnings

• Average: $1,300–$1,400 per week
• Average Miles: Approximately 1,100 miles per week

CPM Pay Scale

• 0–12 Months Experience: $0.56 CPM
• 12–36 Months Experience: $0.58 CPM
• 37–60 Months Experience: $0.60 CPM
• 61+ Months Experience: $0.61 CPM

Additional Pay

• $55 per trailer unload
• $20 stop pay
• Driver-assist freight compensation included

Sign-On Bonus

$2,500 Total Bonus

Paid as:

• First Load: $500
• 30 Days: $500
• 60 Days: $250
• 90 Days: $250
• 120 Days: $250
• 150 Days: $250
• 180 Days: $500

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A License
• Ability to safely operate reefer equipment
• Ability to perform driver-assist unloading duties
• Comfortable with multi-stop delivery routes

Experience

• Trainees accepted
• First-seat experienced drivers accepted
• One year of experience preferred but not required
