THE WORK & ROUTING

• Home Time: Home daily after every night shift.
• Service Area: Short-haul local radius spanning 1 to 65 miles around Salt Lake City.
• Key Accounts: Walmart drops (Grantsville), Kimberly Clark drops (Ogden), P&G drops (Bear River City).
• Load Volume: Dynamic 3–8 loads per day with intermodal container chassis.
• Schedules: Night dispatches running Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat (weekend shifts included).

THE COMPENSATION

• Weekly Earnings Average: Earn ~$1,300 to $1,700+ per week (~$67,000 to $88,000+ annually).
• Pay Formula: $15.00/hr + $12.50/stop ($24.50 average total per load).
• Freight Handling: 100% No driver assist—heavy preloaded drop-and-hook.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Experience: Minimum 3 months verifiable experience (OR 120-hr CDL school graduate, OR 6 months OTR in 12 months, OR 12 months in 5 years).
• Pre-employment DOT drug screen (urine and hair).
• Must live within 25 miles of Salt Lake City, UT (zip 84104).
