About the Role:
As a Home Health Account Executive at QUANTUM HEALTHCARE, you will play a vital role in expanding our services in SW Houston. Join our dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of patients while building strong relationships with healthcare providers.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
  • Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote home health services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend networking events and community outreach programs to enhance visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies in sales practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales or account management, preferably in home health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and home health industry standards.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the area.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
