Job Description
We are looking for a individual with a bachelor's degree with home health experience. In addition, you must have at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or related health programs to lead us in growth, while maintaining compliance. You will be responsible for managing and continuing to build our home health business. You will be relied upon to implement our business plan, oversee hiring, spur growth and ensure that we provide the highest quality of care to our clients. You will be relied upon to make observations and recognize and facilitate ways to change and improve.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience in home health
- 5 to 7 years of health care management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Flexible in fulfilling all obligations within growing organization
- Computer savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
- Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks
- TB and drug screening test
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
