Home Health Aid/STNA

About the Role:
Twin Angels Home Care in Columbus, OH is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide/STNA to join our growing care team. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatment plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio preferred
• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Columbus, OH area
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
