About the Role:
HOMECARE RESCUE LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Wesley Chapel, FL. HHA will work on a PRN basis.  This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors
• Assist with light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and tidying living spaces
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Administer medication reminders and assist with non-medical personal care tasks
• Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred
• Valid HHA certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Familiar with Wellsky EMR
