Job Summary:
The Home Health Aide provides personal healthcare and related services to the client in their place of residence, assists in providing a safe and clean environment, works cooperatively with patient and family, & shares observations and problems with the supervisor. The HHA works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
This position will promote patients' potential during their home health episode and collaborates with physician, clinical team and patient in preparation for discharge.
