Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday
Shift Options: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking a
mature, dependable, and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or STNA to provide quality in-home care and assistance to a client in Delaware, Ohio.
The client prefers a
mature caregiver who is reliable, patient, respectful, and committed to providing compassionate, dependable care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide mobility assistance and help maintain a safe home environment
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed
- Communicate appropriately with the client, family members, and care team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field
- HHA or STNA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, and respectful approach to caregiving
- Ability to consistently work the required schedule
Schedule
We are looking for a caregiver who can consistently work one of the following schedules:
- Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
