Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- Split Shift (8-11AM and 4-6PM)
- 5 hours per day/ 5 days a week.
- Monday to Friday.
Task:
- Ambulation (incl walking).
- Transferring Assistance.
- Medication Reminders.
- Drive to Doctor Appointments.
- Meal Preparation.
