Home Health Aide (HHA) – Cleveland West Side

Qualifications

* Minimum of **1 year of Home Health Aide experience required**
* **Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred**
* Must have a **reliable vehicle**
* Dependable, compassionate, and professional
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality care

Responsibilities

* Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with light housekeeping and other tasks related to client care
* Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
* Follow established plans of care and communicate changes or concerns appropriately

• High School Diploma or GED 
• One year of prior professional experience 
• Driver’s license required 
• CPR certification preferred
