Position Summary
We are seeking a caring, dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide essential personal care and companionship to clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or care manager
- Support mobility and safe ambulation as needed
- Maintain client confidentiality and accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA License
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy with strong communication skills
- Previous home care experience preferred but not required
