Pride Health is hiring a Home Health Aide to support our client's home health patients across Howard and Carroll County in Maryland. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance). and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Reporting: Recording and reporting changes in a patient's physical or mental condition to supervisors.
  • Personal Care (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
  • Health Monitoring: Checking vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and tracking food/liquid intake.
  • Medical Assistance: Administering medication, changing, wound dressings, and helping with simple, prescribed exercises.

Must have qualifications/experience:

  • CNA license in state of Maryland
  • BLS certification
  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license

Additional Information:

Home Health Support Region: Will provide care to patients through out Howard and Carroll County in Maryland

Job Type: 3+ months contract to hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Pay Range: $16-18/hr W2

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes - per IRS guidelines for eligible travel

  • Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
