Home Health Aide (HHA) – Columbus, OH 43207
Starting Pay: $16/hour | Weekly Pay | Part-Time
We are looking for a
caring, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality care and companionship to a client in the
Columbus, OH 43207 area.
This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who takes pride in helping others, is dependable, and enjoys making a positive difference in a client’s daily life.
Schedule
Monday – Sunday | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 4-hour shifts
- Consistent schedule
What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide, you will help provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting the client's daily needs and independence.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care as assigned.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Following the client's individualized care plan.
- Communicating professionally with the client, family, and care team.
- Supporting the client with patience, dignity, and respect.
- Maintaining accurate and timely communication regarding the client's needs.
The client may occasionally have
verbal or emotional outbursts. These situations are
non-physical. We are looking for someone who can remain calm, patient, and professional while providing consistent and supportive care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
