Description Provides assistance with patient care activities as directed on the patients home health aide care plan and under the direction of the registered, licensed professional staff. Independently assists the patient with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, cooking, and/or feeding, and provides basic homemaking and laundry assistance for the patient in the home.
Other Information
Able to competently take temperatures, heart rates, pulses, respiratory rates, and identify changes in patient condition.
Minimum of six months job-related experience.
Current valid drivers license, current automobile insurance, and access to a good working vehicle are required.
Working Conditions Manual significant manual skills, motor coordination, and finger dexterity.
Occupational Significant occupational risk.
Physical Effort: Very Heavy effort. May exert up to 50 lbs. force.
Physical Environment: Significant exposure to dirt, odors, noise, human waste, etc.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $31.36 Hourly Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
