Action Service Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Caregiver/Companion to provide one-on-one support to an individual with autism during the afternoon.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Patient, reliable, and caring with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supervision in the home and community.
• Encourage independence and social interaction.
• Assist with recreational activities, community outings, and shopping.
• Support the client in achieving daily goals while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with the client and family.
