    Senior Helpers is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) throughout Massachusetts! 

    Are you a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding career? Senior Helpers is actively hiring HHAs to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors throughout Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding communities. 

    Whether you're an experienced HHA or a newly certified Home Health Aide, we'd love to welcome you to our team. We offer full-time and part-time HHA positions (10–40 hours per week) with immediate openings for mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

    HHA Responsibilities 

    As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will: 

    • Provide one-on-one personal care for seniors in their homes. 

    • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. 

    • Help with mobility, transfers, and walking assistance. 

    • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. 

    • Perform light housekeeping and laundry. 

    • Provide medication reminders. 

    • Offer companionship and emotional support. 

    • Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation when appropriate. 

    • Help clients maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent lifestyle. 

    HHA Requirements 

    • Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred. 

    • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus but not required. 

    • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude. 

    • Reliable transportation preferred. 

    • Ability to pass a background check. 

    • Excellent communication and caregiving skills.
