Home Health Aide (HHA) – 12-Hour Shifts | Worthington, OH
$18/hour | Full-Time | Day or Night Shift


BrightStar Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) for one-on-one, in-home care in Worthington, OH. If you’re a dependable caregiver looking for consistent 12-hour shifts and meaningful work, this is a great opportunity.

Schedule:


  • Friday-Sunday:
    • 7:00pm-7:00am

What You’ll Do


  •  Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene) 
  •  Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  •  Support mobility and transfers (client assists) 
  •  Prepare meals and assist with daily routines 
  •  Provide medication administration/reminders
  •  Transport client to appointments and outings 
  •  Monitor safety and encourage engagement 
  •  Complete accurate documentation
  •  Assist with light pet care 
Requirements


  • Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
  • clear and strong communication skills 
  • 1+ year of home care or caregiving experience preferred
  •  Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation 
  • CPR & First Aid certification (required)
  • Medication Administration certification (required)
  •  Ability to pass background check and drug screening 
  •  Ability to assist with lifting/transfers (up to 80 lbs with assistance) 
  •  Reliable, professional, and able to work independently 
  •  Comfortable working in a home with a pet
