Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are seeking a Home Health Aide for our Assisted Living facility in Blaine, MN.

Schedule includes an every other week-end and alternate holiday rotation.

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis and Blaine, MN offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care and adult day services.

The Home Health Aide is a key team member who provides direct personal care to our residents to help esure their dignity and quality of life.  Under the supervision of a RN the Home Health Aide assists residents to complete activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, medications, transfering, giving medications and feeding.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation.  Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, accuracy and competency in assistance with medication administration on a consistent basis.
• Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet residents needs.  
• Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
