Location: Venice, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (3 hours per day)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Overview:

Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality in-home care to patients in the Venice area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent evening hours during the week.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to patients in their home
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support mobility and ensure patient safety
Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition

Requirements

Requirements:

Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (Florida)
Minimum 6 months of home care experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to work consistently Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
