Abernathy Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for current client needs throughout Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, and nearby communities.

Your Role as an HHA/PCA

You'll work one-on-one with seniors and adults in their homes, providing personalized support based on each client's individual care plan.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Escorting clients to appointments, errands, or community outings
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Helping clients maintain their safety, comfort, and independence at home

What You Need

• Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification
• Current TB documentation
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Dependable and professional communication
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caregiving

Previous home care experience is welcomed, but not required.
