Are you a caring, dependable Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide looking for a position where your work truly matters? Abernathy Home Care is expanding our team and is hiring HHAs and PCAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one care for seniors throughout Lynn and nearby communities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients to appointments and community outings
• Observe changes in clients' health and communicate with our care team
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Current TB test
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Previous home care experience is helpful but not required
