Position Overview:Hope Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused individuals to provide essential in-home support for clients throughout Staten Island. Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and companionship while helping them remain safe and independent in their homes. Caregivers also monitor client wellbeing, communicate with healthcare teams and family members, and maintain accurate documentation while following established care plans.
